4.    The strictly necessary data will be then processed manually and electronically solely in order to fulfil the service requested, and will be collected in a data bank in our offices. Data processing concerns any operation like collection, recording, organisation, keeping, interrogation, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, etc. Your personal data may be communicated to our trusted technicians appointed to carry out verifications on your person by the land registry as well as by any other public institution. The data collected can be communicated to other trusted agencies solely in order to satisfy your request;

6.    You are always authorized to be informed about the status of your personal data: you (or a delegate person) can apply anytime to the data controller; furthermore you have the right to obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data, erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully. In order to obtain an integration of your data you must have a precise interest. You can object to the processing of personal data, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market or commercial surveys. In any other case, the objection requires a rightful reason.
