Our real estate management service was initially set up for the owners of the properties that we rented out and gradually expanded to arrive at today’s excellent results. Managing a property signifies taking care of every problem and/or deadline relative to the property, in place of the landlord.

We supervise all of the administration (contracts, rent collecting) and technical work (maintenance and improvement), as well as  finding ways for the maximization of rental deposits and cost controls.

Throughout the rental period, it is also SIL’s responsibility to maintain contact with the tenants occupying the property and to resolve any eventual problems. SIL uses all of its own technicians to determine presenting problems, to quantify the cost and to take care of all repairs and maintenance.
