The Lucarelli Real Estate Agency was founded in 1993 in Siena by Silvia Lucarelli, as a result of a great passion for the Tuscan countryside, where it is possible to immerse yourself in the greenness of its hills, to taste unique flavours and to live ancient traditions.

The experience offered by Aldo Lucarelli, Silvia’s father, in the initial phase, is fundamentally important, with his advice, guidance and suggestions always putting us on the right path.

Over the years, the mediation aspect of the business has been joined by a series of other manifold services, among which, real estate management and credit mediation.

In 1996, sil.it went online and in 2000 the agency changed its location, relocating to what are our present-day offices.

With Francesco La Commare contribution, our way of working was revised, as was our reference target, concentrating more on prestigious properties.
